OnShift is looking for an entry level UI designer with 1-3 years of experience and a familiarity with Agile development process. This candidate should be willing to hit the ground running with a passion for learning on the go. This person will be asked to jump into a multitude of different projects, embracing the Jack of all trades status. We need you to welcome iterative updates to existing areas of user interaction for all our apps as well as completely new workflows within our branded experience.
This position will be part of the UX/UI team supporting multiple product lines and will report to the Senior UX/UI Designer. This candidate will also support the Marketing team at roughly 40% of time and report to the Director of Marketing. OnShift supports a studio like environment where we encourage collaboration among the UX/UI team as well as the development team. This position will work on multiple projects and be expected to manage various projects at various stages of refinement.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in visual design
1-3 years UI experience
1-2 years' front end web development
Responsive mobile website, iOS and Android design experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to take direction and understand project goals.
Strong portfolio of design work including print and web work.
Time management and organization are critical and must be able to react to shifting priorities.
Experience with usability and user research
HTML/CSS prototypes
Familiarity with Bootstrap
Video editing experience a plus (iMovie / Premiere Pro)
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications including:
Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including:
Word and Excel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
