Overview
This position is responsible for managing the compensation process for Things Remembered; providing assistance to the HR Management team with the development of queries/analysis of HRIS data; manage the HRIS team ensuring the accuracy and input of all benefits & payroll management functions; manage the Field wage ranges and bonus program.
Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
HRIS and Leadership
Manage HRIS Department; responsible for applicant tracking/on-boarding system; Lawson HRIS systemAnalyze/create position and job control within the Lawson System ensuring data integrityManage HR report writing function; design ad-hoc reports and complete Government filings as required; provide the data and analysis in support of HR leadership and initiativesManage employee data and processes to ensure compliance with benefit plans regarding employee status, holiday pay, administrative terminations, etc.Manage and ensure compliance to legislative reporting under the Affordable Care ActMaintain benefit plans in LawsonOversee I-9 and E-Verify complianceOversee unemployment process and employment verification via third-party administratorOversee the set up and maintenance of Teammate specific data within the Lawson Payroll/HRISManage and maintains the integrity of the PTO record keeping process
Compensation
Develop and update position descriptions. Work with managers to recommend changes. Ensure compliance with FLSAPerform market evaluations of current and new positionsManage salary ranges and make salary recommendations based on market research and benchmarkingParticipate in annual surveys conducted by Third Party OrganizationsDevelop and manage the Teammate merit review process for the FieldAssume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar field required3
years of experience in a Human Resource, Financial Analysis or Technical Analyst roleManagement experience requiredExperience working with Lawson HR, applicant tracking and on-boarding systems
