Information Technology Specialist

You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-14:
Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-13) is experience such as:
Experience delivering and evaluating cybersecurity policies and regulations; coordinating information technology projects to include managing budget and monitoring contracts. To qualify for the GS-15:
Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-14) is experience such as:
Experience delivering, implementing and evaluating agency-wide or Federal cybersecurity policies and regulations; leading information technology projects to include developing budget, negotiating and monitoring contracts. ANDAll applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
