In addition to the Basic Education requirement, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-12:
Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-11) is experience such as:
(1) programming in C / C++, such as for embedded systems, network protocol implementation, Boost C+
libraries, and data processing; (2) development experience in microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM), embedded programming in C, hardware-software co-debugging techniques; and (3) network communication protocols such as TCP, IP, I2C, SPI, UART, USB and PCle. To qualify for the GS-13:
Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-12) is experience such as:
(1) programming in C / C++, such as for embedded systems, network protocol implementation, Boost C+
libraries, and data processing; (2) development experience in microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM), embedded programming in C, hardware-software co-debugging techniques; (3) network communication protocols such as TCP, IP, I2C, SPI, UART, USB and PCle; and (4) leading personnel and teams to deliver solutions and provide contractor oversight for development efforts.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
