Responsibilities While reporting to the Syneos Health Regional Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible to implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
In the assigned territory, the Sales Rep will:
utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience.
Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel.
The Sales Rep will:
Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of actionAdministration of territory information and compliance to reportingRegulatory requirements is imperativeParticipation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and proceduresJob Requirements Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:
BA/BS degree required4
years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience required2
